05 SP23 Hatch AUX options

I'm aware this has been asked a thousand times for various other Mazda 3 models, but I've yet to have solid 100% confirmation regarding my particular model.

I've got the 05 SP23 Hatch (with BOSE speakers/leather seats) (not sure what the American equiv for that is. Gen 1 sport?). fresh from Japan it has a Panasonic 7V screen mounted on the dash and a Panasonic Strada Navi DVD player thing in the glove box and a stock radio WITHOUT a MEDIA button. what are my options with regards to installing a simple AUX cable without any negative implications on my stock radio etc.

Also, has anyone had any luck converting the current Japanese Strada navi station into English or at least made some use out of them? I currently have a screen in my dash that I can make no use out of. :(

Win500 serial keygen ulead. It's got a DVD drive, SD card reader and appears to also be in control of the navigation system and a reverse camera (not installed as far as I can tell) if I can't convert the navi station, can I remove it and make use of the 7V Panasonic screen at all? use another GPS system in the glove box pushing it's display to that screen perhaps?
